「本気で楽しむっ！」と思ったとき、いつもよりもちょっと大胆になって、自分の内側にある「本当にやりたいこと」が顔をのぞかせます。いつもならスーパーのお惣菜で済ませている食事でも、今日はデパ地下で買ってみようとか、ちょっと贅沢な食材を用意して自分で作るのもいいかもしれないって思えてくるのです。
そして、これが「本気」だとすると、いつもはずいぶん手加減していたということに気がつきます。手加減していたということは、自分の力を全力で発揮していなかったということ。いつも、あれだけ大変な思いをして、がんばっていたはずなのに、実は手加減している自分がいたことに気がつくんです。特に自分が「楽しむ」ことに関しては、手加減して、いい加減にしてしまいがちです。「本気」を出していないのだから、当然楽しくないし、うまくいくはずがありません。
わたしが手加減なしで「本気で楽しむっ！」をやったとき、すべてがうまく回り出します。わたしが手加減することで、誰かのためになると思っていたけれど、本当にひとのためになるのは、わたしがすべてに本気を出したとき。わたしが楽しむことを本気でやったら、みんなが楽しくなっていきます。
